GIX Africa Safaris is owned and operated by Theron Conradie. Theron is the 3rd generation of a family involved in hunting and conservation. He is a registered member of both PHASA (Professional Hunter’s Association of Southern Africa) and SCI.

Theron has more than 20 years of hunting experience in the region and registered as a professional hunter in 2002.

Apart from his hunting experience he has also gained more than 5 years of valuable experience acting as a tour and field guide in Southern and Eastern Africa. All of this provides him with an intimate knowledge of the fauna and flora of the region, exceptional people skills and an unwavering love for the great outdoors.
